• Coordinates with accounting personnel with regards to the proper implementation of standard approaches on how to assess the credit-worthiness of every customer.
• Develops ways to identify and assess delinquent customers in order to facilitate in subsequent decisions regarding whether to continue extending credit, at what payment terms and the like.
• Prepares reports (e.g. age of receivables, delinquent customers, credit customers) on a regular basis, and disseminates these to the concerned personnel.
• Suggests quality improvements within assigned area/s of responsibility; participates in (or conducts) full-scale quality improvements programs, where applicable.
